Online Training Courses
Our digital products are not eligible for refunds. Once purchased the customer is able to download or access the product.

In-Person Classes And Events
We require prepayment for any class or event in order to guarantee the customer’s spot at the event.

Our instructors have financial risk when they reserve a venue, pay fees, order materials, and prepare for a class. Since we are in the firearms training industry, we are limited in the number of students we can have on a firing line at a gun range both due to space limitations and also to ensure a safe environment.

When a student enrolls and a spot is reserved for that student but they fail to attend and end up with a refund the worst-case scenario is that the instructor often loses money on the class overall or has missed out on selling that seat to another student who would have been able to attend. If you contact us 72 hours prior to your scheduled class we will allow you to reschedule. If you do not contact us and you do not attend there will not be an opportunity to reschedule without another payment being made.

Refunds generally take 3-5 business days to process and show up on your bank/credit card statement
