Guns We Use In Classes

We have spent a significant amount of money to make sure you have the very best experience possible when using one of our pistols in a class. We have chosen Heckler & Koch (HK) for that task. In April, 2023 Brandon became a brand ambassador for Heckler & Koch which has allowed us to bring more options to you thanks to their support.

There is no question in our mind that HK provides top quality firearms for competition, law enforcement applications, home defense or for concealed carry. Honestly at the price point you can't beat the reliability of these firearms!

HK VP9

The VP9 is our favorite striker fired pistol with superior reliability and accuracy we truly believe is it’s the ability to fill your needs. A very clean and smooth trigger makes it easy to fire.

Also with the exchangeable backstraps and side panels these guns grips can be adjusted to fit your hand size. One of the many reasons we recommend the VP9.

The versions we have available have Holosun optics (Red & Green) and some with traditional iron sights. This model is now shipping with 17 round magazines and will give you plenty of ammo for everyday carry or home defense. With also have options with the various grip sizes in small, medium & large.

HK SP5

This beauty is the civilian version of the iconic MP5. This in our opinion is one of the best home defense firearms you can choose for your families protection. Though not the cheapest option the SP5 roller delayed recoil system produces a very soft shooting experience that anyone can manage. This firearm is chambered in 9mm.

The SK version is just like it’s big brother but more compact for carry. With a max capacity of 17 in the magazine and one in the chamber this allows for a significant amount of ammo for carry. You can also go with the small 10 rounds magazine. Another big plus is HK is now making an optics ready VP9SK that will make it even better.

The versions we have available are equipped with Holosun optics.

HK MP5-22 (Rifle)

This rifle mimics the SP5 and is an outstanding option as well. People discount the effectiveness of a .22LR for self defense and that is wrong. Load this with Federal .22 Punch and you have an outstanding option for home defense.

If you are looking for a gun to practice with and safe money on ammo again its a great option.

HK P30

The P30 LEM is a hammer fired pistol with a double action trigger that feels like a single action trigger. With it’s 17 + 1 capacity you have a great capacity in a great gun. This gun also is available in double / single action with a de-cocker.

The only down side to the P30 in our opinion is it is difficult to have a red dot installed on it. However Langdon Tactical Technologies and Wright Armory have made that possible.

HK 416D (Rifle)

pThe 416D is a AR style rifle chambered in .22LR. This allows us to teach you the fundamentals of using an AR style rifle and do it at closer and further distances so you can learn how to hold over your sights at closer distances and not worry about damaging the backstop at the range. This as proven to be a great shooting rifle even shooting suppressed.

We do have some .22 caliber pistols to use for our classes as well for newer shooters or those who just what to work on their fundamentals.
